Welcome to the Bristol and West of England Credit Recognition Consortium for Continuing Professional Development in Aerospace (CPDA)

The Department of Aerospace offers four programmes in Aerospace Design, Manufacture and Management: EngD, MSc, PGDip and PGCert. All four programmes are delivered on a flexible part-time basis and are aimed at graduates with substantial industrial experience, particularly in the Aerospace sector. Students are able to choose the level of award that they wish to pursue according to their particular needs and develop their skills and knowledge alongside their full-time professional roles.

Extensive links with industry ensure that cutting edge academic learning is placed in context, while a credit recognition agreement with the Faculty for Environment and Technology at the University of the West of England enables students to choose from a wide selection of units.

There are over 35 modules available within the area of Aerospace, Design, Manufacture and Management. Each module is available as a stand alone short course, or as part of a postgraduate award. Modules are usually held over five days, normally in Bristol. There is a choice of three awards one from the University of Bristol and two from the University of the West of England.
