CPDA Joining Instructions

Joining Instructions are sent out about 4 weeks before each module. Included in these instructions are the following:

Details of venue and map
Details of the venue location, the date of the module, parking, accommodation and other arrangements where appropriate.

Module timetable
The timetable will show the structure and content of the module as well as times of sessions and any free evenings or social events. Occasionally there are some changes to the timetable in the weeks leading up to the module but you will be notified before the module begins.

Pre module reading
Many modules require some pre module reading which may be in the form of a book, case study or web based material. All specified chapters and instructions will be stated.

Pre module work
Occasionally module leaders request written work which is usually presented or discussed at the beginning of the module. Again these details are stated in the joining instructions and this is not applicable to all modules.

Note: Please check that you have been sent all the information as set out in your joining instructions letter. If you are missing anything or are unclear as to what is expected of you then please contact the CPDA Secretary.
