Module Cancellations

Modules can only be run with a sufficient numbers of delegates. Most modules will run with a minimum number of 10 but some modules may differ as they are dependant upon what the Module Leader feels is a suitable number to make the module academically viable. For an up to date list of current bookings on modules for the current year click here.

Very occasionally we may have to defer or even cancel a module due to low attendance. If a module is cancelled, we normally try to inform the delegate at least four weeks prior to its commencement.

If a delegate wishes to cancel a booking, we require at least 4 weeks notice. It is very important that delegates remember to cancel within this time frame otherwise they will be charged the full module fee. The cancellation fee may be waived in very special circumstances but this will not be done if the reason for cancellation is work commitments. The delegate's organisation should be fully aware in advance of their employee's commitment to the programme. The organisation may decide to send another employee in place of the delegate who is unable to attend.
